This place is in fact a little hidden gem. The gym is in the hotel — gives the impression it’s part of the hotel but it’s not. It also has the impression of a more upscale gym(unlike the $ 9 a month gym-chains). They’re a fitness center for the corporate buildings nearby, although they are also open to the general public. Their fitness classes are scheduled before work, lunch time, or after work(geared to fit in the 9am-5pm work sched). Never too crowded. I’ve always had the friendliest staff — which is always on rotation. My favorite thing about this place: there’s a bar and a restaurant right upstairs that I can go to right after I’m done working out a ravenous appetite. Also, they have an awesome Zumba instructor!

Very relaxed well lit atmosphere. Very little grunting and yelling like most gyms. Hidden gem with everything you need. Indoor pool, basketball and racquetball. Great staff. Nicole is very motivating and engaging.

We stayed at the Westin, the hotel that leases the pool from the athletic club, over 4th of July weekend. The pool guy(Nari ?) on Sunday morning was horrible. So rude and on way too big of a power trip. You have got to be more respectful my friend! For this reason alone I will tell friends to stay away. Not a family friendly atmosphere at all. The hotel should reconsider their lease. Nari ruined our stay.
