Dunkin’ Donuts

I have been going to this Dunkin for about four years now, the first three years were the worst. The staff members were less than enthused about serving you, and it was a very uncomfortable experience for females. I once had ordered a breakfast sandwich on my lunch break, returned to work to eat it, only to realize it was cold. When I drove back there to explain my dissatisfaction, I was told that «I’m sorry, when it’s busy, we don’t cook the sandwiches.» What?! What about all the people going through the drive through, only to find a cold sandwich when they get home? I paid $ 3.23 for a cold sandwich that I could have gotten for cheaper just buying the pre-​made from Tops.
However, recently, they went under a new management, and I must say, what a complete 180. The staff is friendly, especially the young lady named Netta behind the counter. Almost always engages in conversation, and is eager to help you out. The sandwiches have been cooked, and I haven’t had a problem since they switched management. Everybody who stopped going here, I recommend giving them one more chance. It’s like a completely different store. :)

Hrs. Convenient location with drive thru. Iced hazelnut lattes were good but disappointed they didn’t drizzle on the hazelnut syrup to decorate the whip cream as shown in photos of product.

The Dunkin’ Dounuts at 205 South Meadow Street is BY FAR the worst DD on the planet! First, it’s a tiny, postage stamp sized building/​lot. Not nearly enough room for the long drive through line created by their incompetence. Minimum work for minimum wage I suppose? Anyway, they seem to be able to screw up a cup of black coffee! Rather routinely, they put cream and sugar into a cup of black coffee! WTF? I don’t eat at this place, but I love DD coffee… just wish I could get it quickly and correctly. Not here. I’ve contacted DD though their website, and they’ll reimburse you for screw-​ups, but still! Only in Ithaca!

Do you remember the old George Carlin bit, through process of elimination that somewhere in the world is the worst doctor? To make matters worse, some poor schmuck has an appointment with him tomorrow! Funny bit right?
Ok through process of elimination, this has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts. They really have a bad time here, and can’t even get a cup of coffee right. I got tea, don’t ask me how, but I did. It wasn’t a busy time when i was there, just me and another guy. He must have gotten his order right, or he drank my coffee not knowing it was coffee. Meh, serves me right for going to a chain when Ithaca Bakery is so close. Well I ended up at Ithaca bakery anyway because Dunkin donuts didn’t have any bagels… No bagels? That early in the morning? Not a bagel in this whole store? You have an egg white and spinach bagel on the menu! Sheesh! *shakes head in disbelief and walks out…

The staff here are extremely rude. Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to, which is a shame because I actually like DD coffee. At least there are a ton of other coffee choices in town.

FACT: Dunkin Donuts coffee is just Starbucks coffee that’s been put through a Brita filter. 100% free of all contaminants and flavors!
I can’t believe Ithaca finally let in a Dunkin Donuts. The quality of the coffee is just watered down, overly sugared, and lack of aroma and flavor.
