After a fire at our house we had to but an adjustable mattress for our disabled daughter. The sales people we so kind and understanding that we ended buying one for ourselves as well. There were extremely knowledgeable an caring of our particular circumstances. Five stares for Patrick and his staff!

Sales rep knowledgeable but not pushy. Large inventory and many choices in all kinds of price ranges. I hate to shop for mattresses, but this was not a bad experience.
Purchased mattress, box spring, and frame at a fair price.
Delivered next day on time (easy to track exact delivery time — not hang around all day)
Delivery men were polite and quick, and wore their shoe covers so as not to track snow through apartment.
Bed has been great as hoped.

We bought a bed here for delivery later that week, and by that evening we had buyer’s remorse. We’d made the wrong decision. The next day we went in to cancel the transaction, and Rosemary (our salesperson) and Jerry (the manager) were professional, helpful, and completely accepting of our decision. We were (of course) embarrassed about having changed our mind, and were upset that we were going to face the salespeople who would also be upset. But they were very helpful, and gave us a complete refund immediately, without any pressure to shop for a new bed right then. We were in and out within 5 minutes. We’re grateful to them for making a difficult situation easier.
