Daniel Karatzas was our realtor through Beaudoin. He was super informed on what is going on in Jackson Heights and very easy to work with. We went through about 10 realtors before settling with Dan. Seriously. He also was there with us during the co-​op application process, even during closing. Very happy we went with Dan and would recommend him if you’re serious about buying in JH. My boyfriend and I were recently priced out of Williamsburg and so after looking at a bunch of different neighborhoods, decided on Jackson Heights. A friend recommended Chris Georgokopoulos at Beaudoin and we couldn’t be happier. We’re first time homebuyers and so completely clueless about the process, which is far more complicated than I ever would’ve imagined. But Chris held our hands throughout the whole thing. From fielding neurotic emails, to answering imbecilic questions, she was patient, smart, and generous with her time and knowledge. She and I spent hours putting together the coop board package and before the meeting, she sat me and my boyfriend down and told us what to expect, and calmed our nervous asses down. Thanks to Chris, we found a great apartment and are FINALLY closing in two weeks. Chris has been a huge help and furthermore, I would’ve had a complete nervous breakdown without her. She’s the best.

I have been looking for an apartment/​house recently and spent some time with about 10(maybe 20) different re agents in many different neighborhoods around the City. While there were many terrible agents — «are you pre=approved» «Sure, I’ll meet you there» «we already have a dozen offers, but I am happy to show it to you» — there were also a handful of great ones. Jeff Putterman of Beaudoin Realty is a great one. He has sent my wife and I lots of listings, really focused on what we want, and he has been very patient — a rarity in this re market.
