I was recommended to this place because I was not happy with my glasses from another location. The eye doctor I saw was very thorough with my eye exam took her time asked me a lot of questions and explained everything to me. Which made me understand what’s going on with my eyes. I’m very happy with the service and my new glasses I defiantly will be going back even though I live in Nassau county I will make the drive .” Cause your eyes are important «. Now I recommend to all my friends to go.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This place is full of people who don’t care for clients. They rather sit there and talk to their vendors about dogs. They have a horrible attitude and the worst customer service avaliable in Roosevelt. Do not come here. No wonder they have no clients, I suggest the doctor to find better people.

The main receptionist at this place had an unnecessary attitude the last time I was there. Although she did make the effort to help, she wasn’t very friendly or welcoming about it. Not sure why I would return to a store where customer service turns you off. Their selection of glasses wasn’t too great either. However, they do carry a lot of the big name brands and take a number of insurance types that covers lower-income policyholders. The salespeople here are generally alright.
