We were looking to have the windows of our business cleaned and called a few companies. I was very pleased that Ace responded to my call immediately and even provided a quote over the phone. We scheduled the appointment and then everything went down hill from there.
Our appointment was scheduled for a Saturday at 8:30am. We arrived to our business and called Ace to confirm. The gentleman stated that we were still on the schedule, however, he will be running a little late (set to arrive between 9am-9:15am). At around 9:30am, no one showed to our location so we called them again. Now, the calls were being directed straight to voicemail.
Needless to say, they never showed up to reschedule, called to provide an explanation, and certainly did not call to apologize. We will never recommend this company to anyone given their lack of responsiveness.
