We rented a karaōke machine for $ 81 we were not told there was no monitor included but the worst surprise came when ALL five of the CDs that came with the rental were so damaged that we were only able to find 5 songs that we could use.
When I complained to the owners they basically told me I was lying and seemed unconcerned about the problems
Worst customer service ever! I didn’t ask for a refund, just wanted acknowledgment and possibly an apology!
