David Foyil should lose his accreditation. Hiring him is worse than having no lawyer at all.
David will take your rather large retainer, and do nothing. If he does anything at all, it will be sloppy and full of errors. You can call him, email him, even talk to him and you will get excuses why things don’t get done. David does not know the law in many areas that
he claims to know. In my case, he quoted things from the books that didn’t make any logical sense at all. By the time that you realize that you have wasted your time and money with David, serious damage has been done. When I called many Sacramento attorneys to find a
new attorney, the attorneys that I spoke to knew David and had a lot of negative to say about him. DO NOT HIRE DAVID FOYIL.
