Pizza Hut

Horrible service. They delivered me 2 cold pizzas to my hotel room as we passed through the city of Jackson. I patiently explained myself over and over again as I was treated as if I was attempting to scam them. I just lost my mother and am simply passing through. The pizza is cold. The kids ate half a pizza by the time I washed my hands and returned from the bathroom. They refused to remake fresh hot food for me and also stated I wouldn’t be entitled to a refund because some of the food was eaten. California’s don’t play that ish. I drove my azz right over to that location and demanded my money be returned subtract what the kids ate. Ghetto azz store. Ghetto azz people. Customer service was no help. The 800 number I called referred me to another 800 and explained that if the store refused to help me they couldn’t do anything more to help me than to give me a customer complaint number. I rarely write reviews like this but people need to no. Pizza Hut is ghetto. Slum bags of the pizza business.
