We are no longer T-Mobile customers, and I’m not a fan of T-Mobile service. Obviously, otherwise we wouldn’t have left them and went back to AT&T. However, when we did have T-Mobile service, we had to stop in here quite a few times when visiting family in MS. Every single time the customer service was absolutely outstanding.
Once we came in because my phone just stopped working. I had only had it for about two weeks. I guess it was just a lemon. Went into this store and they replaced it for me with a brand new phone right on the spot. All smiles and no worries. Smooth, easy process.
So, if you do have T-Mobile service, I cannot recommend this particular location enough.
