iMortgage delivered the worst mortgage experience my wife, my realtor, and I have ever endured. From lack of communication, rude & unprofessional service, disorganization which resulting in multiple submissions of documents, gross incompetence which resulted in NUMEROUS extensions and out of pocket costs, to falsely declaring my ethnicity on demographic reporting which should have been my OPTION to answer anyways.
This is the third home I’ve purchased (first in Jacksonville, and first with iMortgage) and my wife works for a real estate brokerage firm, and we can honestly say that we’ve NEVER experienced a real estate transaction as horrible as this! There was even a point where someone compiling our packet accused us of not providing documents needed for underwriting. Our representative, John, emailed us saying he would gladly lose our business. We promptly responded (offering emails as proof!) that we had provided EVERY piece of document within HOURS of request. He subsequently apologized… via email…
The only thing I can say for certain about iMortgage is that my wife and I are warning EVERYONE we know to stay away from them, and
all together!

I just recently bought my first home & got my financing with IMortgage. John’s team was incredibly helpful & really helped me navigate through everything. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
