Century 21 Seafood and Chicken

You would never know unless you live close by or have Unilocal that is place is pretty great. The location is scarey and the exterior is so so but the food is extremely good. First thing I look for is cleaniness. I found everything in a neat order and no dust located. The bathroom was used but had been recently attended too. I ordered the 10 wings. The server was very nice and promptly handed me my to go order. The fragrance filled the air and I couldn’t wait to try one of them. At my destination I opened the container to some of the sauciest tasting wings I’ve ever tried. I now have to get back soon to order more and to try other items on the menu. I advise if in the regency area try and stop by.

Absolutely amazing food. The owner is very proud of what he does-​and it shows!!! He cooks everything to order and in some cases lets you pick out your own food. He also often has you try the sauces and food before you leave to make sure you like it. Talk about customer service! I’ve been here twice and have not yet been disappointed in any way. I highly recommend the scallops and snow crab legs. Everything is good though! It’s worth going out of the way for.

Wow!!! Please do not shy away from this place, because the looks from outside are deceiving! My boyfriend called the restaurant to see what time they closed and to ask if they had a menu online. The owner replied, «Sometimes I close at 9pm, but tonight I close at 10pm for you man, I don’t have a menu online but come in and I’ll hook you and your girlfriend up.» That really was awesome, considering 10 minutes before coming here, we walked out of another seafood restaurant for poor service. I ordered the shrimp and scallops combo and my boyfriend ordered the garlic snow crab tray. The owner and his son were SO friendly and customer service oriented. He made sure to cook my food the way I liked and he asked my boyfriend, «do you want me to cook it MY way? Because I make it special and it’s very good.» Not only did he cook amazing, but he also let us try our food before we left (they do not have seating in the restaurant). On top of all of that, he cooked us two wings to try and take home because he claimed, «I have the best wings in town and you will not want to go anywhere else». He was 120% right. Amazing service and great prices!!!

There wasn’t any garlic seafood trays available, so the owner prepared a nice crab tray for me with some sort of spicy, lemony, creole seasoning. It was amazing! The owner was very pleasant. I will definitely go back !

I have been here before, they always have fresh seafood for sale, I bough one doze blue crabs, it is delicious and cheap price. I like to Surport family small business, they are working hard and take care the neighbors very nice.

I was late and missed picking up a crab tray from my new favorite seafood joint before they closed. Aww man. So I checked the Unilocal app to see if there was any other place open and I found Century 21, who would be closing within the hour. Based on Terra’s review, I decided to check it out.
A friend used to live in that area so I knew where it was and while it wasn’t quite on the way home. I was willing to go because I REALLY wanted a crab tray. I walked in and while the person behind the counter was helping the couple in front of me, I was taking photos of everything. He then said «We charge $ 1 for photos.» to where I said, «But this is for Unilocal so people can see what you have and come here.», to which he replied «That’s why we charge $ 1». I put my phone away and he said «Miss, I’m just kidding. Take as many as you want» and we both laughed.
I ordered the snow crab combo tray with mild seasoning. It’s the same as the one I got at the other place: 2 clusters of crab legs and claws, a sausage, an egg, hard-​boiled egg, a ¹⁄₃ of an ear of corn and a potato. This potato and sausage was much smaller and more manageable. The guy asked me as I was paying for the tray, «So you found us on Unilocal?». I said, «Yes I did. The place I wanted to go to had closed for the night. Thank goodness you all were still open.» and he laughed.
Again, I had to make two meals out of the tray and everything tasted fantastic. I know now where I need to go in a pinch.

This place is a little gem tucked off of Atlantic and Century 21. My pregnant sister was craving sausage, corn, and eggs so I handed her my phone and told her to use my Unilocal app. She suggested we go to this place and we have been back many time after that. The guy who works here I think he’s the owner, is polite and remembers exactly what we get… (Either he has good memory, or we have a problem). The food is so yummers and garlicy and a fair price. Although we have to heat up our trays at home I don’t mind (This is a strictly take out place.) They have cooked and raw seafood and they offer an array of items. We stick to our spicy crableg trays, corn, potatoes, and her sausage and eggs. Pregnant or not Its worth a try.

I love me a good garlic crab tray and I am so glad that I found a good spot on the Southside. I was driving all the way to the Northside for seafood but this will be my new spot. The place was fairly clean! My garlic crab tray was seasoned well. Most importantly, they are very affordable and give you a generous amount for your money. I would recommend.

I was hesitant, since this place had no reviews, but let me be the first to say: they know their seafood. We ordered all boiled: garlic crab, shrimp, crawfish, and sides. Crab was by far the star. Crawfish tasted old (but we are Cajun and picky). Shrimp was big. The sausage and potatoes were well seasoned. We ordered spicy and it was flavorful and not overwhelming.
Prices were reasonable. Will be back.
