Chick-fil-A

This location is really busy most of the time. But like most places if you go in it is far less busy then the drive through. This location has a non typical chickfila set up. It looks really good with the white tile with black accents almost old school new york subway like. Food was good as usual. This is one fast food place that you can get healthy alternatives that truly are healthy. Chargrilled sandwich or nuggets with superfood side, cant beat it anywhere.

Always a great lunch at this location, fries are very good not soggy nor greasy and their sandwiches are never sloppy. When in need of a good chicken sandwiches this is my to go place, not to mention how friendly the staff are. It is nice to be asked what kind of sauce you would like with your order, and also during their busy hours they’ll asked for your name at the drive through just so orders don’t get mixed up. I only took away that one star because of the road inconvenience of turning in to the place.

I came to this chick fil a when they first opened and were giving away the free frozen lemonades. Soooo good! I love those things! My first experience was great. They were busy because they had just opened but it was great.
Now they have been open a while. I went tonight to let my son play in the play area and to eat some dinner. I was constantly swatting nats away from my face and my salad. I understand they have a lot of fresh lemons in the back because of all the lemonade they make. But it was not a good feeling swatting nats or fruit flys (Whatever they were) while I was trying to eat.
On another note the staff and the manager or owner were all very polite and helpful. Someone had spilled chocolate milk in the kids playhouse and one of the employees happily climbed inside to clean it out. She even played with my son. And got him to go down the slide a few times. She was very sweet! They also came and took out trash for us and just over all were wonderfully nice. I will be back. I also love how close to target it is!

Better this time around. Went through the Drive-​Thru instead. Shift Manager at window, nice and quick once we were up there. Getting into the lot a bit of a pain and traffic was a bit chaotic.

Always fast service & food is good. Try any chik fila. You won’t be disappointed. Chik Fila is clean and child friendly. You can eat healthy and receive excellent customer service. It doesn’t matter which one you go to the experience will be good. Try the breakfast «chik biscuits» they are awesome. Again a fantastic alternative to the traditional sausage egg &!cheese biscuits from other fast food establishments. Check out Chik Fila.

If you want fast food chicken sandwiches then this is the place to go. I can’t explain it, I don’t know what it is that they do with the batter/​breading or their cooking methods but food comes out tasting just amazing from every location I have ever visited. Service is fantastic, friendly and very efficient so you leave there happy and the food is solid all around. From a strictly fast food consumer standpoint this place is the best.
From a human being standpoint I will say that I really dislike the overtly Christian sensibilities of the company and the family that owns Chick-​fil-​A and that bothers me to no end. If I didn’t know what we all do regarding their belief in «traditional marriage» and their support of puritanical ideals I’d eat there way more than I do. As things stand I usually eat at Chick-​fil-​A only when my craving is too strong (about twice a year) but aside from those momentary lapses I refuse to give my money on regular basis to a company who believes that any one group (the LGBT community) shouldn’t be afforded the same rights of marriage and child adoption that others are afforded today. The fact that their beliefs (which they are entitled to have) are theirs, I hope they know the negative impact those ideals have on their profits.
With that said, you cannot get higher quality fast food in the marketplace, it’s just too bad that I feel ashamed of myself for going afterward.

Much needed in this area! Only one «complaint» and I use that term lightly, but the inability to turn into the location from oak bluff, coming off of San Jose makes it difficult when it’s marked that no left turns are allowed. That’s it! Great service, super clear audio when ordering at drive thru, very nice new location!

This is a chick Fil-​a that was built from the ground up. Just opened recently, we went inside and it is very nicely decorated, still looks like chick Fil-​a But a newer more modern look. It has the kids play zone in front that is so convenient for the little ones to play so mom can get a Lil break!
Now we ordered to go, and they were very busy, but our food came out very fast like we probably waited 2 minutes and there was our order, and everything was correct… I hate getting home and realizing something is missing.
All the food tasted great, for fast food this is really a notch above. I love the chicken is actual pieces of real chicken and not mashed up chicken parts.
Mandarin has been waiting for a chick fil-​a and this shows in how busy they are, but they seem to be able to handle it no problem!

5 stars for awesome customer service, food was super fresh and hot, quick to receive my order after placing it and cleanliness. I can honestly say that the spicy chicken sandwich I received was the best one I have ever had from a Chick Fil A. Kudos!
4 stars for location-It’s right off of San Jose Blvd and easy to see from the road but not easy to get to (in my opinion).
3 stars-​The parking lot is not big enough, and it is very difficult to get into it.
This location has two drive thru’s which is better then one (or so you would think). Placing my order proved to be a bit of a challenge. I could hear the attendant talking to the car next to me and the volume of her voice was the same so it was difficult to decipher which attendant was talking (mine or the other window). It also seemed as though they could hear each other because they would pause during sentences and ask for you to repeat what you just said.
Overall, I think this location will be an amazing addition to this area. With San Jose being so busy a Chick Fil A is a great fast food chain option.

I am specifically impressed with this particular location. I drove up on a Friday, two weeks after it opened, around 6:30pm… Prime time for people picking up dinner for the fam. It was Crazy Crowded. They have TWO drive thru lanes, and the parking lot was full. I thought briefly of going somewhere else, but couldn’t. You see, we had a date night planned and this was dinner for the babysitter and baby and I was already running late.
I had been riding on fumes, and was truthfully too scared to go anywhere else before refilling my car’s gas tank, so even though I didn’t want to wait in line, I really had no choice. I was resigned to the idea of waiting 15 minutes or more. I got to the front of the line so fast, I didn’t even have time to check in on Unilocal.I stood to the side and leaned against the wall… pulled out the phone, thumbed through to Unilocal,«Ma’am? Excuse me Ma’am?»
I looked up in complete shock to see the manager handing me the bag of milk, fruit cups, fruit parfaits and hot and tasty nuggets I had just ordered. The cold stuff was in one bag, and the hot in another. Small detail that makes a big difference.
I might have snuck a nugget on the way home… If I did indeed sneak said nugget, it may have been juicy tender and well seasoned… That’s assuming I had snuck a nugget… which would have been totally not okay… I mean, stealing food from a baby… not cool.
