Gutter Helmet of North Florida

Kevin and his crew were a pleasure when we had our gutter system installed. They installed both gutters/​downspouts and the helmet on our two story home. We had nothing before they started, so the change in how the water came off our roof was startling! Our siding barely gets wet now, which is great for extending the life of siding, especially our wood siding. We’ve had their product installed for a number of years, and this year we had our roof replaced. So we had Gutter Helmet come back out to remove the gutter and helmet before the roof work, then after the roof was installed we had them come out again to re-​install what they removed and make some adjustments to the gutter/​helmet system (we made changes to the roof line). They’ve always responded promptly and professionally, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family!

After the first time telling «Denise» that she had the wrong number for the people she is attempting to contact, the other two consecutive calls and the additional voicemail was unprofessional. Needless to say, I would not use your services after my terrible experiences with Denise, and thank you again for telling me that I «must be wrong» on the third returned call. Perhaps some common courtesy training is required, and maybe you all should read the TCPA guidelines regarding business calls to a mobile phone without consent.
