Hal’s Boiled Peanuts

I love boiled peanuts and in my opinion Hal has done it right. Water, salt and peanuts: nothing else. He does one thing and does it right. I am not a fan of the stands that use the big peanuts and Hal agrees.
He is opened only on Saturdays, and the location is in The Captain’s Club’s parking lot on Beach Blvd (just past the Wal-​Mart.) — look for the signs. He gets there at 11am and stays until 6pm.
Bags of peanuts are 1/​$ 3 and 2/​$ 5.
