The worst property manager in the area! Have to properties that they have been managing for awhile now. Through out the time. They have charged me over $ 10,000 on maintenance alone or repeated issues like faucet leaking, air condition issues and dishwasher. I have been asking for them to take pictures and advise me if any maintenance that will go over $ 500 to give me a call. They have not done any of my request. Recently both tenant submitted a notice to vacate. I ask them May 3rd to release me out of the contract that expired April 26. They told me I have to pay the penalty since it was automatically been renewed. It has been hard to get a hold of them now.

AVOIDATALLCOST! If I could give this company negative stars I would. I used them 2 years ago to locate a tenant from my condo in Tapestry Park(Southside area) and had a good experience. In December 2015, the property became available for rent again. I communicated with one of the associates(Michael) and we agreed on a target price of $ 1800(rent my last tenant paid, prior 2 tenants both paid $ 1750 for1700’ 3 bed/3.5 bath with garage). Several weeks later, Michael emailed me that they had not had any interest and based on current market conditions he thought current market price was $ 1695. I emailed him back that was ok but I was unwilling to go below $ 1650. There were still no prospective tenants from Property Management Pros. At the end of Jan I received an offer from someone interested in purchasing(from a relator unrelated to PMP). I immediately emailed Michael to let him know that the property was under contract for purchase and I wanted him to remove the rental listing. He replied that I would be charged a $ 500 fee. Then on Feb 16 he emailed me that he had rented the property for $ 1447 per month starting April 1. I replied that per my prior email, the property is being sold and to please notify the prospective tenants it is not available for rent. He replied that since he had already taken a deposit from the prospective tenant, I need to pay a $ 1447 fee to property management pros. What?!? Why would you take a deposit when the owner told you the property was no longer available? Also, $ 1447 is no where close to fair market rent. The smaller 3 bedroom apartments in the Tattersal complex adjacent are currently renting at $ 2100. I asked Micheal for his supervisors contact info and am waiting to hear back…
