This review is based solely on their food shipping service. I tried their service for 3 weeks and 2 of the 3 shipments arrived spoiled. The packaging was poor and not something any kind of perishables will last in more than a few hours, to use this kind of packaging for 2 day shipping is lousy service. The only shipment I was able to eat was one that was rushed overnight as a replacement for spoiled food.
What I was able to taste, the items were of good quality but it would be helpful if they had some kind of label or even package insert to let you know what you are eating, nutritional content and even reheating guidelines instead of random guess work.
Finally, while the food was decent, the cost of the service is way over priced not too mention I was billed in triple to start causing even more issues.
Maybe if I lived close and could drive to pick up the food I would try again but I can’t reccommend anyone trying their shipping service, absolutely the worst.

I read the reviews and tried the food for two weeks. I’m sorry, but I don’t agree with the other reviews. Some of the food was good, some of it wasn’t. You pick up the food on Saturdays. The vegetables aren’t very palatable after a few days.
My wife and I are in our late 50’s and try to keep fit, but the daily emails from muscle-​bound tattooed gym people became obnoxious.
The price per meal on the starter plan is $ 6.90 per meal. It comes down to this: eat the right foods with smaller portions and you will lose the weight. If you’re super busy or don’t know how to cook for yourself, and you’re into extreme workouts, this program may be for you.
Just not for us.

Hands down the best food in the fitness industry. There isn’t a single meal that is lacking with these guys! Nutrition Solutions has helped to streamline me into a healthier & happier lifestyle both in & out of the gym. The meals are tasteful, well proportioned & most of all satisfying! I never thought I would find a meal plan that also sent my tastebuds skyrocketing to new levels as well as my results in my body & the gym! I have personally recommended this company to over 6 friends who all love it too, & I will continue to do such with anyone looking to improve they way they eat & treat their bodies. I am more than grateful & extremely glad to call myself a member of the NS Family!

My schedule can be pretty busy, and I don’t always have the time to prep meals, especially when I’m getting ready for a competition. Nutrition Solutions is a convenient and easy way to keep up with your diet, all while satisfying the need for variety in your daily meals. The protein pancakes are phenomenal, and me being a sweet tooth, I gravitate towards their protein bars and clean cheat bars. I LOVE this service– it is a healthy prepared food company. The meals are perfectly proportioned with the correct micro nutrients of protein, fat and carbs for a balanced meal. I have tried services like this before, but this food is excellent– they know how to make healthy, delicious food and the menu changes every week! The pricing is extremely reasonable– I get 10 meals and 10 wraps for around $ 100. No cooking, no shopping and no guess work! They will also customize a meal plan for you based on your needs– weight loss, muscle gain, etc. They deliver to Powerhouse Gym in Channelside on Saturdays. Highly recommend!
