THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT LIARS. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and ended up having go back 4 times within 5 days. When I first got home the front tire was making a noise so I took it back the next morning. The tire weights were scaping, and this was easily fixed while I waited. Next day the entire car was vibrating; turns out they never re-balanced the tires after rotating. So I went back for balancing, and they sold me 2 new tires as well. When I picked it up I was assured that they had test driven my car and everything was fine. I had driven no more than 50 ft. from the store when I heard the wheels scraping again. So I immediately returned to see if they could finally get it right. I WILL NEVER VOLUNTARILY GO BACK!

I needed to have my windshield wipers replaced today and had minimal time during my lunch period. I called to ensure the blades were in stock and to see if they could be replaced timely if I came in. I was assisted by Devron Tobey who had the blades waiting when I arrived, and immediately located a technician who could replace the blades. I was literally in and out within 15 minutes. The overall customer service I received today was exceptional. I applaud the staff at the San Jose Blvd. PEP Boys location. Thanks for your help and I will surely be back.

Got a flat tire while traveling through the area. The staff was friendly and super accommodated my need to get in & out fast! Told me that I would have a 2.5 hour wait and they got me out on time. They had everything I needed in stock (I also needed head/taillights) and I was back on the road before you could say «stupid tire»…lol!
