Excellent work from a friendly and skilled woman. She had the work done ahead of time and is very personable. I’d recommend her to anybody that didn’t mind paying cash in the Jacksonville area. Keep in mind, you can get rush orders done here but it does cost extra.

Irina provided excellent customer service. Tailoring was done in a timely manner and the pricing was fair. It’s great to know there is a good tailor in downtown Jax.

I came here because of the other 2 reviews for this place and was sorely disappointed. The woman was EXTREMELY rude to me when I walked in as if I was a huge burden to her. I tried on one dress to be hemmed and when I asked for her to take in the top she rolled her eyes at me and told me I «Knew nothing about what I was talking about.» Then she told me the price…$ 115 for ONE dress. All in all this was the worst experience with a tailor I have ever had.

Trying to find a tailor in any city is a pain, typically a several attempt deal. With Professional Tailor & Alterations, I was able to find the right tailor on the first go. Irina is amazingly fast, priced right, and provides a quality product.
I came in with two pairs of slacks on my lunch hour and Irina was able to hem them, press, and hang both pairs in 30mins. Wow!
On top of that, she also surged them on the inside and asked if I wanted them hung on hangers or put in a bag. Amazing!
