I went into this store this last weekend with an unlocked iPhone. I was greeted promptly, explained I was looking to initiate service and port my number from another carrier. I was out the door in less than half an hour and my number ported shortly thereafter. No complaints, no issues, no excessive up-​selling and overall a very painless experience. I’ve taken my phone home and to work and have the same or better signal in all of my usual places… for less money.

Tmobile service in general has really improved over the years. With that being said the St. Johns and Normandy locations provide horrible customer service. St. johns location is unfriendly and uninterested is helping a customer that’s ready to buy a new phone. Normandy location has similar service issues plus you get the added excitement of possibly getting shot in the face while visiting that strip mall. Go online!

While I do have some major complaints against T-​Mobile as a carrier, for their deceptive and excessive roaming charges for international data plans (our bill for one week was over $ 4000) I have had nothing but excellent service from this store location.
We purchased our Android phones here and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the migration process and about a number of the various accessories that were available.
Today we decided to plug our Android phone into our new car using the car’s audio jack. Since the myTouch 3g only has one external port, I didn’t want to be forced to choose between keeping my phone charged and playing music. The T-​Mobile salesperson at this store immediately grasped the problem, and recommended a special adapter ‘splitter’ which allowed the phone to be plugged into the charger and also be playing music through the 3.5mm jack. Within 5 minutes of acquiring this adapter (for free!) and purchasing a male-​2-​male 3.5mm audit cable for $ 9, we were listening to the sweet sounds of Pandora streaming for free in our car. No need to pay $ 10/​month for Sirius XM. Very happy customer here.
