Walmart Supercenter

On 6−19−16 My wife and ! went grocery shopping at Walmart. I also wanted to return a potato salad that was spoiled (Wal-​Mart Deli Red Skin Potato Salad, 4 lb.)
The gentleman at Customer service was polite and friendly. Unfortunately he advised he is unable to refund or exchange this purchase for two reasons. I did not have a receipt and we had eaten 50% — 80% of the salad. We have 5 people in our family; me, my wife, my mother and two kids. By the time I prepare five plates of food and five servings of potato salad there may not have been much left.
The product was spoiled, bad and did not taste good.
I did not feel like arguing with with your employee while my wife waited or my ice cream melted.
As a large multi million dollar company would you please refund or give me a store credit for Wal-​Mart Deli Red Skin Potato Salad, 4 lb.

Worst Walmart ever. Dirty. Felt like I needed to sanitize myself after being there. The bathrooms were worse than a rest stop. At least half of the employees I dealt with were not even close to pleasant. The woman checking me out didn’t load one of my bags and and I got home (after driving across town with a toddler) and realized and called, they did very little in helping the issue or even being apologetic of their mistake. This location needs a good pressure cleaning and a pep talk on customer service. Pronto.

This place is amazing. Their toilet are made of gold. The toilet paper was so soft that my fingers kept grabbing more. At the sink, some one else washed my hands for me. Then I tipped them.

This place is very dirty and the lines are very long and the cashiers looks and sounds like they don’t care about the customers at all! the people in front of me had like 2 – 4 items each in their carts and it took them 20 minutes to clear them out! I myself took around 5 – 8 minutes to finish ringing 5 bags of Stacy’s Pita Chips that needed to be price matched on their website… like ??? come on now. This is why people loves to hate on Walmart. Never going to go in-​store again.

I really don’t like Walmart. And this location is not an exception. WalMart gives the appearance that you save time and money, but after spending hours walking up and down the isle grabbing item you never intended to buy and probably wont use, its no longer a time or cost saver. Its a rare occasion that you will find a friendly employee, short line, or clean bathrooms. I’d rather just buy it from Target or online, however them being open 24hrs is good when your in a pinch. But this is never a go to 1^st location its always a last resort.
On the plus side, they do have a sewing and fabric section, which I find useful when I need late night refills on thread or needles.

Most of the employees that work this location are nice and courteous. However the low rating is for the pharmacy. They constantly drop the ball on refill requests. 25 percent of the time they claim they never got it. Then you have to wait, call the doctor, and them hope it isnt the weekend. Refill times often take two hours if you are dropping it off. What if someone is in pain or they have a sick child with them? Publix usually takes 20 – 25 minutes

Lets start off with the fact that this is Walmart. You won’t get any special customer service or any extra help if you need it. I usually try and come in late night so I can wander the store calmly looking for what I need. They do have self service checkout which seems to work fine. Their clearance is pretty well marked and you can manage to snag a few deals. Overall this Walmart seems to be pretty well stocked and is a solid location.

This is a pretty good Walmart… It’s neat and clean… the employees are nice for the most part…
The store is pretty well organized… Finding what you need shouldn’t be too big of a hassle…
This is one of the only Walmarts in town still open 24-​hours…

I am a business owner, I like to shopping in Walmart, also have online account, too. This Walmart supermarket is clean, always have season on sale, I saved time and saved money. The store open time is long, workers are friendly and professional. I am appreciated everything you guys prepared, only one thing I can do: Five starts review and thumbs Up !

Smaller, somewhat neater than other Wal-​Marts but with the same oppressive feel. I only go to Wal Mart if I’m desperate and have no other options.

It’s ok as far as Walmarts go. I needed some end tables for my living room and I saw that they had some on clearance for cheap. I ended up at this location as the one closer to my home had none, even though the website said they did. I went about 7−8pm on a weekday, not real busy but not busy enough to open extra lanes.
When in doubt, go to Walmart.

I woke up this morning and realized my front left tire had split in two. So, I definitely had to get some new tires. Besides, it is time to get some, I can’t lie, they are a little on the bald side. So, I came into my favorite store. The gentlemen here are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They always make sure I get the correct things done for my vehicle, whether it is for an oil change, etc. I love coming here. And it is not as expensive as the dealership tires. Oh, and they are very quick, I usually get in and out, I appreciate that, because I can be a bit impatient.

I give this review mainly because at 8pm on a weekday there was a limited number of lanes open and they were all full with at least 4 – 5 people waiting to checkout. There should be a better use of personal to keep lines moving. My cashier was very sweet though. I just wish there was more attention to making sure all areas of the store were going smoothly. I was happy not to be in a hurry because that would have just made it worse.

This Walmart is clean, organized (for the most part), and the shelves are stocked. Unlike the one near my house, they generally have all the items I am looking for.
This Walmart is almost one of the stores in Jax that is still open ²⁴⁄₇. That’s a major plus for me since I’m a night owl. Not to mention that shopping at 3am means you don’t have to deal with all the crazies! It’s a much more stress-​free Walmart shopping environment at that time of night, so I highly recommend it!
Other than that, it’s a Walmart. You know what to expect.

Do not go to th is Walmart!!! unless, if you want to be shot, stabbed, robbed, killed or mamned. Have you seen the news lately. drug deals going bad outside, and customers being hurt, and robbed. Managers being stabbed in broad daylight. There’s a safer one down the road, if you go to this one I suggest that you have a concealed weapons permit, so that you can protect yourself and others consumers. … just saying.
