I recently had a bad experience using the car service provided by Boston Metro Shuttle Inc.(617) 634‑9193, . I made reservations with Boston Metro Shuttle for car service with an infant car seat to and from Logan Airport. When I arrived from my flight from Logan Airport, I called their dispatcher as I was having trouble locating their driver; apparently the driver was at Departures instead of at Arrivals. I asked Boston Metro Shuttle during this call if they arrived with a car seat and I was told yes. The same driver who initially took me to Logan Airport with a car seat(and not in a taxi car) came to pick me up at Logan Airport in a taxi car without a car seat despite the fact that I made reservations with a car seat and received assurances when I booked my reservations that their driver would have a car seat for the return service. I was left stranded at Logan Airport after an international flight with a baby in the freezing cold. I sometimes use hired car services when looking for an upgrade to taxi services: In terms of quality, price, professionalism, reliability, I did not find Boston Metro Shuttle an upgrade to general taxi services.
