Do yourself a favor, JP. Go see Robin! The cold weather and darkening days mean you sit more and move less. Get all that stiffness worked out.
Robin is an Incredibly intuitive and innovative body worker. Her treatment area is in a Very relaxing and warm space. In her violet walls with natural light streaming through the skylight, I melted into a near sleep while she pushed, pummeled, and dug in to my tight muscles. With her Great rates, convenient location and flexible schedule, it’s a no-brainer.

Robin has healing hands and energy. Literally. She has eliminated years of chronic tendinitis in my hands, forearms, and elbows (I have been getting monthly massages with Robin for a year now) that neither acupuncture, chiropractic, nor painkillers could heal. Robin’s touch is powerful and also very gentle and in tune to the needs of the individual body. Her space is lovely and soothing and a total pleasure to be in; the whole experience is extremely relaxing and regenerative. Robin is a very generous healer with a great variety of techniques that just seem to «get it right» all the time. I also highly recommend her «Spring cleansing» Ayurveda whole body steam treatment with massage!
