They do their best to help you get in and get out quickly, which I REALLY appreciate. One afternoon they came and towed me (and three dogs) from a doctor’s office to their shop. I had a flat tire — but I also needed to be 40 miles away before 7PM. The entire experience, from flat to towing, to fixing the tire, had me on the road in about an hour. When I have waited for on-​the-​road car services, from well known companies, I sometimes wait more than an hour for them to arrive, let alone fix anything. I have used Santana’s for several repairs since then, and have found them to consistently do good work, efficiently, at a very reasonable price.
