New preschool Alef Bet Academy shows a lot of promise! The classrooms are inviting, and the school welcomes children of any background. The director has several years of experience as a preschool teacher, helping implement an intensive emergent language program. I am eager to see the school flourish!

Took a tour of aleph bet academy, loved all the natural light, natural materials. Security is tight, no outsiders are allowed to enter the building during the day. Shirly the director was super friendly and the prices were really reasonable. This preschool is very different than the others in the area, they are really interested in the development of the students and the staff seemed very caring. This is not just a babysitting service! Definitely worth looking into!

Overall I got a good impression from the school. It was clean, large room, outdoor place to run in. They’re open many hours in the day so I didn’t need to look for additional help. I like that it was not religious, more culturally Jewish (what my husband and I’ve been looking for)! The location is very residential, it’s a little far from the subway. Fair prices in comparison to other schools!
