Dunkin’ Donuts

Terrible customer service and employees.
I once asked a employee if they could put an extra table spoon of jelly on my donut and they yelled at me. «You have to pay a quarter for that.» I put it in the tip bowl and she gave me a plastic knife with the to go jelly in my bag. Should I have payed another 25¢ for you to put it on my bagel. Next time I could just go to the nearby KFC or Popeyes and get the jelly for free.
Rewind to when I was waiting in line, a lady came with her receipt from the last day and asked to get a free donut with her medium beverage purchase. The employee took her cell phone from her hand and filled out the survey for her. I came back the next day to see if they would do the same to me and get this, they did!!! I don’t think it’s a good idea for them to take someone cell phone and submit a survey by an employee that a customer is supposed to do. One thing is for you to help us with it another thing is for you to do it for us.
I avoid this location as much as possible and would much rather walk to the next one near the train station.
I even called the corporate offices to complain and the district manager called me saying that I would get a new order, which I never got because the manager ignored me when I went in to redeem it.
Stay away unless it’s not busy and you are in and out.

This is a regular dunkin as any other. It can get quite busy and forming a line seems to be a problem. Not really nice to enjoy the coffee on spot as the seating is very limited. The staff is fast and courteous. The quality of coffee stands up to dunkin standards. They also have a selection of cakes and ice cream.

What can I say it’s Dunkin Donuts. I love the coffee. I love the muffins. The staff is courteous and fast. My problem with this store is you never know where the line starts because it changes each time I go in. And on your way to make it to the cashier you are stopped by a least 3 different people asking for change or a dollar. I would love to help everyone but I don’t need this guilt trip when I just want morning coffee.

when ever you see a dunkin donuts you just want a nice hot cup of coffee in the winter or ice coffee in the summer. I love the chicken salad on the sesame bagel and a regular coffee with milk and 3 splendas. but when the service is terrible, I cant enjoy the food no matter how good it is. and this place the customer service so terrible, I don’t even wanna go there again.

I greatly underestimated Dunkin. This location has fast and delicious service. I ordered the ham, egg & cheese egg mcmuffin. A delicious choice and low in calories! $ 3.89 with Garlic Hashbrowns. Those Hashbrowns are a foodgasm !!! Food+Orgasm= Foodgasm! The Mango Banana smoothie here is to die for !!! Customer Service is quick, fast and in a hurry. An amazing dining experience.

Bad service. There were only two customers, including me. They don’t know how to count money, (gave a huge attitude and then said «oh» with no apology) and forgot our order and I only ordered one sandwich. Horrible and waste of time.

Good place for a donut fix.
It’s in a not too great area.
Does get slow at times, but gets the job done. Grab a go spot, but good luck trying to find a place to sit.

After a day of walking about the neighborhood (and one that is not your own), running errands and shopping… a nice cold drink feels good.
It was still too early for the other kind of drink. ;-) Lol
This location gets busy. VERY busy. For 2 reasons:

I ordered a small iced-​tea to drink, and some cheese croissant type product to eat. The iced-​tea felt good on the warm day, but the cheese croissant thing tasted «ehh».
The servers were quick, but sometimes didn’t get orders of everyone the 1^st time. Overall, if I didn’t have to… I wouldn’t frequent this place again. Thank goodness I don’t visit this area a lot.

With a manufacturer’s coupon for the Big ‘N Toasty sandwich at a overpriced item, servers are curt though somewhat prompt to fulfill clients’ orders. Seating is very limited as there were patrons who did not order anything but selfishly hogged the space as a non-​patron lewd. Does Monday blues imply being selfish to hog all seats without patronizing the business? I do not believe this Dunkin’ Donuts have any facilities for client usage.
This Dunkin’ Donuts sits on Jamaica Avenue where Queensters shop, shop yet there are very few good restaurants on this stretch in Jamaica, NY.
