You guys are small and limited, and overpriced just like every other GameStop. Nothing new there.
Today I write because you don’t offer returns on gift cards. Not sure what the logic on that is, I just purchased the gift card and decided I would buy an actual gift at a reasonable retailer, so less than 15 minutes later asked to return. Was told definitely not, especially since I paid with a Visa. You guys are useless, and I hope small overpriced brick and mortar video game chains like yours go out of business. You only serve to weasel uneducated purchasers out of money with your price gouging.

Horrible service ! I just called to trade-​in a playstation and the lady completely interrupted me saying how she cant take my ps3 & then I called a 4 star gamestop and they said they can take my playstation under any conditions & give me money or discount for a newer one.

It’s a little one, but they had the game I wanted (used) at a decent price, so I can’t complain. Okay, maybe I can… the line was long & only 2 people working in the place. A lot of annoying parents with curious kids. Not much to complain about though, since I’m still going home with my game :) Woo Hoo, Happy Dance!!!

The worst of the Gamestops! And I have probably been in near fifty different ones. Poor attitude manager gave me an attitude by my second question. Morale must be low here and I had a headache when I left by having to say no to every upsell they zombie-​like drone on you from warrantee to memeberships. uggh
