IHOP

I put one star because there is no other option. This Ihop gets 0 out of 5 stars from me. Honestly I have nothing good to say about this place. The service was terrible, the food was worse, the tables were so unleveled my drink almost spilled all over me, we were a table of 4 but only received 3 silverware sets and the next set was not given to us until 10 minutes after our food had been brought out, our iced teas came with no ice (90 degree day). Do I even need to continue? Bottom line: if you want Ihop I would suggest visiting a different location.

This ihop is fantastic. When I came it was busy but a little patience goes a long way. I ordered the butter milk pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon. I was deelish! I absolutely loved it! It is a bit noisy in there but nothing unbearable. I’m more worried about how the food taste than noise. I had a great experience here.

The wait staff, chefs, and hostesses were all great! The waiter, I didn’t catch his name. Tall young Puerto Rican guy was a really great waiter. Not a long wait time at all for a table, food, or book. However, I give it a generous 4 stars because it seems management failed to give their customers a comfortable experience. My first visit we ate our meal in a hot and muggy atmosphere. This time I felt like I was eating my meal in Antarctica. They lowered it a little bit (at my request) or so I hope they did I didn’t feel much of a difference. Several people 5 I could count from my seat were shivering. Including children and an elderly woman. I hope they get on track, because the other employees were on point!

This place is disgusting. I cannot even eat my food in peace without having to kill flies all around me every second. First and for most, the server is rude. She neglected our table and has not brought back any of our orders correctly. I have had to ask her to bring me pancakes 4 – 5 times. It seems they are quick to brag about renovations but have no answers as to why the place is infested. I will be reporting to the health inspector.

Excellent food choices!!! Superb Staff!!! Only downside is the wait can be tedious, and the noise is really… loud. If you’re with a friend don’t order breakfast if they ordered lunch or dinner because your food will sit there until it’s done and be cold as dog nose…

Waitress with tattoos was terrible, she kicked us out (gave us the check an hour before they close saying we are closed) had to shove the pancakes down my throat and then she didn’t come to get the money so I had to pay up front. Now I have a stomach ache. Don’t come here false advertisement they SAY they close at 11 but they really close at 10.

Very busy and they kinda rush you to eat I’ve been to I hop in Long Island and had a very nice experience but not with this one and the servers are not friendly at all

The only reason why I gave them two stars is due to the service provided by the server. It took over 30 minutes to seat us while it wasn’t that crowded. Once we were walking towards the seats, the other servers didn’t have common sense enough to stop walking in the narrow walkway when they see a full blown preggo walking… honestly they could have hurt me by just brushing up on me (walkway too narrow).
So the manager was the one that was feeding us when I finally squeezed in on the couch side I noticed that it was dirty I still saw pancake leftovers from the party before us. It was disgusting. We asked the manager for another seat which was a better seating area. We place the order with our server who was really nice. The booth next to us had four kids sitting there when the busboy came to pick up the dishes all he did was just clear up the table it was still dirty. The seats look dirty they had leftover omelet and crusty bread on it. The party that was seated there was very uncomfortable and had to call him 4 times to clean up. He bumped into my table which hit my pregnant stomach causing pain. The party that was seated their apologized for him.
Now it’s about 35 minutes after we placed our order the food comes out. There’s a reason why I don’t like to change my restaurants. I usually go to the one in Williston Park or near Roosevelt Field Mall. Their portions are consistent. My husband’s omelette was extremely small, and his pancakes came out cold. Due to pregnancy I have to order very specific food. I ordered two poached eggs well done, pancakes and French fries (yes my doctor wants me eating french fries because I’m not getting much weight LOL). The first time my order was brought, the pancakes it comes with where two different sizes, cold and burnt. The two poached eggs had different consistency of the yolk being cooked (there’s a reason why I asked for well done), and my fries were ice cold. the server noticed that I looked upset. She came over and I explained the issue to her and she was very apologetic. I didn’t care to change the pancakes cus I was too hungry and the food was taking too long to com out. She told the manager the situation. The second time the food was brought out, same situation. One egg was well done while the other was still runny. I didn’t want to send it back the third time for special spit sauce, I ate the cooked one and left the other one. Server asked if all was okay, I didn’t bother telling her cus again I didn’t need any special spit sauce if they already didn’t add it to the second order.

Everything I come here the service goes down, especially when I get a male waiter. Bad service can change the way your food taste and right now everything is horrible. I’m going to have to visit a different IHOP for now on. Sad because I live very close to this one.

This place just worst and worst as the years go by … go to ANY other IHOP instead of this one !

If I could rate this place below 0 I would, it was a nightmare!!! I had the most awful experience in this IHOP and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. First off, the environment was so clustered and busy. Then the waitress had a stink attitude because I told her I she got my order wrong.45 mins later the food came and wasn’t properly cooked and then they charged me double for my order. When I asked to speak to the person in charge they told me he’s busy at the moment to speak to him is an hour wait. TAKE MY ADVISE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS IHOP LOCATION!!!

The service is quick the food is delicious. Me and my fiancé come here after a long days work for a quick dinner. The blue berry pancakes are fluffy and the trio of hash brown, egg sunny side up and the bacon is a perfect salty fatty and sweet combination. The red velvet pancakes are sweet and fluffy and the cream cheese is a perfect combo, but they do go skimpy on the crème cheese you can never have enough on top of the red velvet pancakes :).

This Ihop is conveniently located near my best friend’s house whom I always go here with. The food is always pretty good but the service is okay. This is the 2^nd time that I visited within a 2 weeks span and my food got to my table luke warm. Good for convenience but don’t expect too much of anything else.

Food is always on point… Waitresses are always nice and attentive. Place does get a bit busy so the wait time may be a little longer than expected/​told.

This was a very bad Ihop experience. Our server Liz R. Was in a rush. It almost felt like she was rushing us. When she was taking our order, she was very unpleasant to talk to. She never came back to ask us if we needed anything else. I had to get up and get my own knife because she was too busy. She hogged most of the tables and insisted that she waited on all of them even though she knew that she was already overloaded with customers. She is a bad server and deserves a –5 star.

Been coming here ever since I could remember & as long as I remember I always remember Sundays after church is the busiest time to visit!
However, I must say that no matter how busy it is here the service is never bad. It does take a while to be seated but once you are seated the waitresses are so bice, attentive and quick to get you everything you want.
The food is ALWAYS good, I have yet to be disappointed by anything I’ve ordered. As old as I am I still order the silver 5 off the kids menu it is so delicious! The cornbeef hash is pretty delicious and well its not a trip to IHOP without hot chocolate with whipped cream.
Today, my brother tried the Philly cheese steak sandwich because he was convinced it was 12 noon and he needed lunch. Needless to say, the sandwich was really good. He ate all of it and wanted another.
As for cleanliness, I say this establishment is mediocre it’s not the most spotless place but it is a busy IHOP and I think they do the best they can with the time and space that they’re alotted.
The downfall is the parking lot, it’s ALWAYS hard to find a spot. When you do find a spot it’s always hard to get out because there’s so many people waiting to pull in our our.
Otherwise, I don’t have an issue this IHOP is pretty good and I’ll continue to go here when I can. I do recommend.

They are fuckin pitful the take out service is so disrespectful n they just throw ur shit in box n give it to u like they shouldn’t be a restaurant if they don’t noe how to run it bc even tho u packed n busy u stil should have some better service skills the employees look over worked n under paided n they have attitudes bc they don’t wanna be there n they don’t care if ur order is rite they jus want u in and out that’s not rite when I’m payin my money I will never go there again

Smallest IHOP I’ve ever been to but very cozy.
Bigger portions served.
Nicer hash browns.
Came during the AYCE buttermilk pancakes. Good overall.
Double blueberry Pancakes were just ok. Not as fluffy. Too flat. Not enough blueberries inside and out.
Eggs were nicely done.
Strong coffee.
Food came out right away. Wow! Super fast service. OR we came at the right time?
No complaints here.
Private Parking lot.

No complaints but also nothing to rave about concerning this location. I happened to get Carmen as my server the last two times and she is great — very friendly and helpful (okay, she’s one thing to rave about).
Food is just fine but beware that the parking can be a little tough once the other businesses in the neighboring strip open for the day. The interior can use a little sprucing up but I didn’t observe anything overtly gross or dirty.
All in all, a decent place to stop in for breakfast, especially since parking is still plentiful at that time of day. I’d come back the next time I’m craving pancakes and don’t want to go out of my way to get some.

This IHOP isn’t bad at all from my own personal experiences. Everything’s pretty standard. Service was fine. Food was fine. It was pretty empty at night (~7:30pm on Sunday). I got the blueberry cannoli pancakes today, one of their summer specials. Delicious in terms of blueberry and ricotta combination, but I wish they had the cannoli crunch. It comes with the eggs, hash brown, and whatever meat for under $ 10. My friend got the strawberry banana pancakes version. It was also yummy. Other than the bananas, don’t expect the fruits to be fresh though. They’re the preserved (maybe canned) kinds so they’re sweet and syrupy.
