My experience with them started about 2 years ago. Bought an investment property in Bronx, Boynton Ave. Why the urge to write this review? I recently started looking for another property to either replace or add to my investment portfolio and found out that there are a lot of companies and people who play games. (bait and switch, giving higher than advertise pricing, not keeping their appointment.) This turned me back to my friends at NYHO and Reza, which I should have done from the start. The amount of houses being advertised made me want to look first though.
The agents and the owner (Reza) was very knowledgeable and made the mortgage process and buying process very simple. It seem like he is a head and shoulder above other agents that I have dealt with. His word and his promises were very important to me because I was buying the house at a very reasonable price thus I didn’t want to loose it by complicated paper work. His word on the repairs were right on. (what was promised got fixed on time.) He found me tenants within 3 weeks of purchasing.
From my understanding he sales the properties he owns as well as others, in any case you will get a good service. He was able to help me bring my fico score up by fixing my credit to be able to get a better rate.
Side note: the current houses I saw with him that was renovated by him is renovated in much better quality and workmanship than others I have seen.

My new found professional friend is Reza. After seeing the house with one of his agents, he sat us down with a bank, and he took our deal, and pretty much walked us through the whole purchasing process.
I enjoyed having conversation with him on a daily basis from my office. He was on top of the mortgage process and made us close with a good company who cared about us. Since this review is not for MTG, I will not mention their name. The bank was good, and Reza got us couple of discounts to make my deal even better.
I heard many horror stories of bad Realtors, or real estate transaction, but mine was nothing but happy and smile. At closing table every one was happy, we did have minor issues, but he easily solved them, and made us and the seller happy.
The rate was great, the payments were affordable, and the most important thing, Reza was with my family and I every step.
I would refer him and his company to all my friends, and family. I would even buy another house from him if I can afford another one…
