They didn’t botch anything up. Drive-thru order, decent line, great wait time. Average cashier, not rude or anything, but not happy go lucky. Will come here for all future Wendy’s purchases while I’m nearby.

Yes fast food night ! Tried new burger Gouda cheese not bad, fondu french fries delicious service actually very good most fast food joints mess up order this place was awesome !!! Skinny girls like junk food#1 could gone to shake shashake shack or five guys but I was in for a drive through mood

Checked into this Wendy’s for a quick bite, i had to step right back out. It smells like urine was poured all over this place. How they got a grade A i don’t know. Checked right back out.

I give them 4 stars for the freshness of their food. My food is always hot and super yummy. Whenever I go through the drive thru my order is always correct. No complaints besides the slowness

My review is only for the drive-thru. I was coming back from a JFk drop off was starving and as usual the Van Wyck had traffic. I remember from my younger days that there was a Wendy’s around the area and with the help of Unilocal I found my way here.
I was shocked by how fast and accurate the service was. I ordered a burger, fries, nuggets and a drink and it didn’t take them too long to make it. Which made me extremely happy since I was so hungry. The only thing I had to request was ketchup but apart from that my order was perfect and super fast.

This Wendy’s is in a convenient spot. It taste’s like every other Wendy’s. The lines move fast, however, it’s a mess very often. If your hungry and are around here, just go to the subway’s across the street is a short walk and worth it.

Worst service on the planet. Drive thru person should be on fries. Had to stop for kids after long flight to JFK and this was the worst possible choice. had to restate order 3 times and was still wrong. She shut window on us after order so we could not say anything.

It’s Wendy’s what more can you expect? I would rather order in than drive-thru. The lady usually gets my order wrong and I get charged more than I should. For example, I ordered 4 sausage biscuits at 99 cents each. She charged me 2 for $ 3 breakfast sandwich which comes with eggs. I got charged nearly 50% more than I should.
Any size coffee is a great deal.
But hey, the food is delicious!

GHETTO, NASTY, DIRTY, LOUD, MESSY, RUDE PEOPLE !!!
I love Wendy’s food, and there are not a lot of Wendy restaurants around my way except close to my job ! Unfortunately it is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too !!! The employees are beyond ridiculous rude and not helpful ! Several times I go and they do not have something… Ranch, napkins, chili??? Really???
I do not suggest you come eat here. :/

Wendy’s is usually pretty consist ant with the quality of their food so I enjoy it when I can. When I do find myself in the area (twice a week) I do try and stop by when I feel I have had my fair share of the other food choices around. I love the shakes from Wendy’s and the burgers taste different than McDonald’s abut in a good way. Sometimes you just need something different, Wendy’s is it.

Food is hot and freshly made at this location. You may have to wait a few extra minutes, but it’s worth the wait. Tables could be spaced a bit better in the dining area so people have more room to go to and from their tables. Overall a good location.

When I fall off the vegetarian wagon, I really like this place. Their bacon cheeseburgers will fill up an empty and starved belly. I fall off the wagon when I don’t have breakfast and have an intense morning. They had a Wendy’s closer to where I lived, and it closed down. So I’ve only driven to this one once, but I have to say, if I’m going to eat a burger, this is a pretty good place.
