Hector’s Honda Kawasaki Suzuki of Jamestown

While researching scooters, I was told that Honda’s were a very reliable and reasonably priced brand. I called the dealership in Hamburg (very helpful) and was directed to Hector’s Honda of Jamestown. The Hamburg salesman offered to have someone from the Jamestown dealership call me.
Within the hour, I received a telephone call from one of the rudest salesmen I have ever been contacted by — which is saying a lot. He clearly felt that talking to me about a 50cc scooter was below him and a waste of his time.
I asked general questions like, how do we get the scooter back to Buffalo (he didn’t offer to have it delivered — even at a cost), storage and maintenance options (he said bring it back to Jamestown. Really? So the Hamburg dealership can’t do ANYTHING for me because it’s a scooter and not a car?).
I asked to talk to the general manager and the very rude salesman put me on hold and then hung up on me.
Thanks for making sure I knew in advance what crappy service your dealership provides.
