Lakeview Gardens

My husband ordered flowers from here and they were supposed to be delivered on my Birthday. In fact, the card even said the correct date but they came on the wrong day. Therefore, we has upset and called. He spent nearly $ 70 and was disappointed. The woman on the phone stated, «I’m sure you have made mistakes in your life, Mr. Perfect.» This infuriated him. They are in business to serve others and and should do so. Dates are important for special occasions. On top of all of this, the woman said she was coming to pick up the flowers and refunded his money. She also proceeded to call me at work and yell at me over the flowers and had the delivery man come get the flowers. Seriously? My flowers were repossessed (even though we had paid for them). First of all, I am the recipient and had nothing to do with the ordering or the fact they made a mistake. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for any occasion. Friends and family have also expressed their dissatisfaction with this company regarding weddings and other events that did not go as planned.

I came into Lake View while I was in town over the winter holidays to ask about speaking with someone to do my wedding flowers. They told me they did not have time, and they were not pleasant about it. They also will not work with an out of town bride. They do not do phone and email consultations or planning. They missed out on not only my wedding, but my sister’s wedding that shortly follows mine. These would have been two profitable events for them. Garden of Eden was great! They took me right it, answered every question, and were more than happy to work with an out of town bride. Garden of Eden lets me call often. We email pictures of designs. They even are making my cake topper of all white roses without charge. I would suggest Garden of Eden over Lake View for out of town brides! (and even in town ones)!
