This beach is gorgeous! Not your overrated beach. It has just enough space and just enough people. Two life-​guards on duty, Dell’s in the parking lot, and you can bring your pup to swim after 4pm — but if you wanna sneak your dog in early, you can sit at the other end of the beach no one will say anything. It’s really nice watching the boats go by, and everything is fairly close i. e Beavertail, and Fort Getty. The town is also only 5 minutes away which is great, a handful of cute shops and places to eat. Mackerel Cove is the best, all day.
