I would recommend this gift shop due to its reasonable price and great service. I bought a Hello Kitty CD player for my daughter on my way back from Las Vegas. I did not check it due to the temporary stay. After I got back home and opened it, it did not work at all. I called the store and left them a message. I got response the next day, and they refunded my money even WITHOUT returning it. Nanci also suggested me to contact the distributor to get it repaired or replaced. Based on my experience, this store is very reliable. I would definitely come back if I have a chance.

New store location, new look. No annoying employees (please, lady, I’m wearing diamond rings, I’m not gonna steal anything). A huge improvement. Nice layout, long rectangular shape. Might be hard to maneuver the stroller along the wallls, though.
An additional 20% off the marked prices. A Huge Supplier and authorized dealer of HELLO KITTY– a large selection of this popular cartoon character, one of the biggest I’ve seen, with the exception of Sanrio– all located up front. Also, saw Sponge Bob, Ted, Mario, and a slew of other characters, too. Saw Beanie Babies, toys, etc. It was fun looking at everything. We were able to get a little chair, Sponge Bob, for our little man. A good deal, too.
We’re coming back, for sure.

Came here before thanksgiving and they were going to close in 5 mins but the owner was nice enough to let us look around. He also told us that we can take an additional 50% on everything due to after thanksgiving sale and since we won’t be around the sale but we told him we’ll come back since we don’t want to take up his time since their bout to close.
