Eco-​Green came out to my Mother-​in-​Laws apartment. Her ceiling collapsed from a water leak above. I noticed black on the cross members in the ceiling. Frank came out and explained the cause and prepared a quoted based upon what he saw. The quote was prepared so as to correct and eliminate potential future problems.
