Dang just went to the Theater of Terror and man was I blown away. At first I wasn’t too impressed because of the location by the highway and the shopping mall outside of Louisville, it just looked like another old abandonded movie theater like you see next to a lot of shopping malls these days. Anyway it was unlike any other«haunted house» experience I’ve seen b4. First of all, the initial lobby area was pretty cool if a bit goofy with the old ticket que and the little concession stand. But soon you are wisked into the film area and it just gets goofier and spookier the further in your go! Some of the scenes are a combination of funny or dorky and just downright scary. I really liked the variety of that, it really showed that someone used a lot of creativity to come up with all those scenes, some of them were throwback to old characters or all-new characters in some respects. All in all I had a great time with my friends touring through there although it’s over too fast. I didn’t really mind the ticket price though, a couple dollars more than a blockbuster movie experience but it was much more unique then that.
