Pathetic slow service food might be good but the service is bad and waiters are too rude

Absolutely awesome place! I have never been before and I told the waitress Paula about my allergy to nuts. She and the kitchen took it seriously which as I have a severe allergy I superbly appreciated it! The manager or supervisor even came over because they were nervous of giving the home fries since they cook it with outside food that contains nuts. Super friendly service. My waitress Paula was super accommodating and everything. I got the veggie omelet and ended up getting the English muffin since the 7grain may contain it’s and my waitress made me aware. Veggie omelet is a must have I have to say! So yummy! I feel so welcome and special here! I have to say anybody at terminal b should come here! This place was a great find as it is 5 in the morning and am now having coffee and a great breakfast!

It’s an average place in Logan airport. Got calamari app and the caesar salad for lunch and was good, but way too expensive for a quick airport lunch — guess supply and demand is alive and well in beantown. Location great, service great, food better than average but come on man, wicked expensive Boston !

Popped in to Stephanie’s for a yuck breakfast before my flight. The waitress kindly asked me if I was in a rush or had to board soon. She was extremely attentive and never let my coffee cup go empty. I ordered the Yogurt Parfait and it was delectable. They were not stingy with the berries — well worth the price!

Decent airport restaurant. Nice food and drink selection and the hostess made nice recommendations. Although there was a wait at the entrance, they got everyone seated quickly. Food came out quickly but was still well prepared and very tasty. Definitely would stop here again while waiting for a departure from BOS.

Crab sandwich was absolutely killer! I do believe they could optimize their seating(–0.5 star), given how much carry-on luggage people cart through the terminal, but otherwise the experience was good. This wasn’t a cheap lunch by any means, but I’d rather have expensive and good food in an airport rather than cheap, nasty food(PHL, I’m looking at you!). You could taste the freshness in their food. The roll was soft and crumbly and the crab tasted extremely fresh. The coleslaw was also very good. The fries were just«meh»(–0.5 star). Try it out!

This is honestly one of the better airport restaurants that I have eaten at. I enjoyed this Stephanie’s more than the one on Newbury street. I had the Cobb salad. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh. I also appreciated that there was plentiful seating for people there by themselves other than the bar. The décor was very tasteful. My only complaint is the prices. $ 13 for a glass of wine is ridic.

How in anyone’s name do you manage to make breakfast ham taste like burning electrical cord? No clue? Me neither. Went for fruit instead of potatoes. To my amazement the chef had manage to remove the flavor from strawberries pineapple blueberries and melon. I thought at first it was my taste buds but the coffee and tomato juice tasted fine. This place is a breakfast miss in future

Fried calamari just okay. Comes slathered with some sort of aioli that I didn’t care for. A bit greasy. Rings only, but at least they were tender. Huge portion though. Decent wine and beer selection. Service was friendly and efficient and they got me out in the agreed on time. Crappy new agey music played at reasonable volume. Definitely a cut below the nearby Legal Seafood venue

I was searching the United terminal for a quick meal. I wasn’t happy with the options, and eventually found Stephanies. What a good find! I normally hate airport food. While this place is pricey, it’s not well beyond what you might expect in the city. Quality of food was great. Service was great. I enjoyed my experience here. I’ll be back.

Well, it’s as good a place as any to wait for your flight. But the food could use some improvement. We had a hamburger, two salads, and a lobster roll. The salads were nice and fresh. The hamburger came with onions and mushrooms, grilled. Nice, but felt the burger still needed some fresh lettuce and tomato and some cheese to complete. A little on the bland side. The lobster roll was super chewy. Like a stale gumball. The mayo was well balanced with the light lettuce however. Fries are incredibly average blah. The roll was not very fresh, buttered or toasted. The cole slaw is a winner and should be served in a larger portion. It had fresh dill and peanuts and was delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere great.

So Im always flying into Logan and always hungry when Im waiting for my flight home and this place is one of the 3 or so options in my terminal that I could go to that isnt a mile and a half hike away from my gate… So this review is based on coming to this place twice and both times were blah… Only reason that I am giving stars is the great people watching views and nice hostesses that I have encountered here. First of the servers… both times I have been here, they seem to treat have a slight attitude. not sure if its Boston thing but it sucks… you are in a customer service environment and you should be nice to people and not rush them or make it seem like you are inconveniencing you by asking you questions or other things. 2nd the food… Things that I have ordered here. Clam Chowder/Shrimp Cocktail/Wings/Crab Sandwich with Parmesan Fries/Signature Burger. The things I liked were the clam chowder which was good and creamy but lacked a lot of clams which kinda made me sad … but made up for it with flavor. The Wings were wings but were good here. The shrimp cocktail was good and had some big shrimp The rest of the food that I have had here was blah… the crab cake sandwich was bland… and was on the dry side… not sure how that is even possible. maybe the restaurant chefs need to fly into BWI and taste some of the crab cakes in the Baltimore area for reference on how a crab cake should taste. The Parmesan fries were over cooked and just completed covered with dry ass Parmesan seasoning… which kinda sucked… I was expected something better … The Burger was not bad… not sure what else to say about it… Overall a good spot to crab a drink and people watch and grab appetizers.

I dined here Monday November 2nd before my 6 hour flight to California. Got a glass of wine, some calamari and a turkey club. Calamari wasn’t my favorite but I’m picky. The turkey club was easily top 5 of the best sandwiches I have EVER had. And my overall dining experience was great for being in an airport! Today checked my bank statement and noticed my charge was $ 48.66, but my total was only $ 40.66. I had left a $ 8 cash tip and was very frustrated as to why I was charged eight more dollars than my total. Now I work in a restaurant so I know mistakes happen but I also know that there are crooked people who will charge more to your card and also take the cash tip. So I called and spoke to Dan Kennedy and he was VERY helpful and assured me he would get down to the bottom of this. Within an hour he got back to me and said there was an $ 8 credited back to my card. This place gets 5 stars because of their AMAZING customer service!!!

Three stars is super-accurate –Stephanie’s is A-OK, especially for airport food. Terminal B at Logan is pretty nice, and having a decent place to sit and eat while you wait(especially if your flight is delayed for almost 5 hours) is excellent. Even during the busy breakfast hour, we were seated pretty quickly and the host made sure we had a booth that had enough room for my baby and all her items, and that it was in a spot that gave us some privacy, which was appreciated. Beyond the host, the service was a little odd — not super-helpful or friendly, but efficient nonetheless. The food was decent — I had a smoked salmon plate with a bagel and cream cheese and my husband went for a breakfast sandwich that was nothing spectacular but tasty. It was a little pricy for what it was, but I guess that’s to be expected in an airport terminal. The coffee and tea were weak and unremarkable, so that could use a little work, too. You’re A-OK in my book, Stephanie’s.

Had breakfast here while waiting for my flight home. Service was swift and friendly. And my portobello fried egg sandwich was delicious. Spinach, tomato, egg, cheese, avocado and portobello mushroom on whole grain bread. Served with a side of fruit. The blueberries were fresh but the rest of the fruit was not. For this, they lose a star. Overall, the meal was relatively Healthy, Hearty and Yummy!

First time guest at Stephanie’s and came away happy. I was not super hungry but had 90 minutes to wait for my flight home, two of us stopped in for a late lunch. Being after 1pm, there were numerous tables open. It took a few moments for someone to appear at the hostess stand to guide us to our seats. Service improved quickly though once seated. I picked the Summer Ale from a decent selection of beers on tap and their oversized burger. I would have preferred a smaller patty but this was one size fits all kinda spot. My colleague and I split a side of lobster mac and cheese as well. Our order was promptly taken and before too long it arrived. My burger was fabulous and cooked to my desired temperature. I skipped the fries and munched on the fresh greens available as an alternate. The Mac and cheese was super tasty and smokin’(temperature) hot. We unfortunately couldn’t finish everything nor take the extra with us. I did feel the prices were a tad on the high side but then again we were eating in an airport.

Only had New England clam chowder but it was very tasty and piping hot. The bowl looked a lot bigger than it actually was as very shallow so less chowder than you expected but still plenty to eat. Also ordered truffle oil fries with Parmesan sprinkles. A dieters dream! NOT!!! They were very good and more than 3 people could eat. Service was excellent and waitress was extremely personable and accommodating when we said we did not have a lot of time due to flight. Food came out quickly and she made sure we had our check as soon as possible so we could pay. I am sure they are used to this being in an airport but many times you feel you are putting someone out but not this gal she was great. Airport food can be horrible but this place was really good with prices consistent with airports. As long as the food is good I know I am going to be paying more at airports so happy when I find a place with good food and customer service. Takes a little of the sting out when the check arrives.

Food was great and tasted fresh– a nice departure from your usual choices at the airport. I had the veggie burger with greens– the type of veg burger they serve here probably isn’t for everyone but I enjoyed it and there was a healthy serving of greens too. Only complaint was service and upselling techniques. My server was not very friendly to begin with, but being a server before I know everyone has«those days» so try not to let it affect me too much. But when I asked for water, she brought me a bottle of water($ 3) without informing me, then when I ordered the veggie burger said«did you want the avocado on that?» — again– no mention of an upcharge– tacked another few bucks on my bill for that too. I don’t mind paying more for things but only if I’m made aware of them– just seems shady to me the way she did it and left a bad taste in my mouth. Food was great– service needs work, but it’s an airport so I guess you just take what you can get!

Its a nice restaurant in B terminal of the airport. I was there by 1PM and it was bustling with people. I ordered Salmon which was fresh and nicely cooked. I will certainly recommend this place.

Love finding decent airport restaurants! It’s like a pool in the dessert — so refreshing and so needed! This place did not disappointment me. The first thing I noticed is how beautifully the place was decorated. Just my style, so I felt at home hanging out here between flights. Our server was nice and attentive, so unlike many other airport places. But according to other reviews, I may have been a lucky lady that day! They also won me over with the Bloody Mary menu! Like a sushi order, just check your boxes and hand it in! All sorts of yummy options: blue cheese stuffed olives, bacon, Old Bay rim, etc…(Some with an up charge). And it was a fine Mary might I add, so good in fact I had two. I also got the Tuna Melt to go with the house salad. It was a great treat on the plane compared to the stuff others were eating!
