I would never recommend this this company to anyone. It will take a very large magnifying glass to read all the fine print on the pages back behind the signature line but take the time to do it. Arrow seems to think they have a lifetime contract once you sign up. They have stated they right to raise their rate when and how ever much they want to, but you do not have the right to leave. My contract states in very bold writing a three year contract. In spite of that Arrow claims the contract automatically renews for another three years unless you send a certified letter cancelling on the day the first three year expires.
