HORRIBLE!!! DO Not Eat Here! Paid $ 9 for 2 slices of Pizza… and I wouldn’t be so annoyed if it was decent, however, the bread was almost stale and burnt charcoal underneath, the cheese tasted like chemicals! the other slice did have chicken on it and I almost cracked a tooth!!! Unless you have a great dental plan stay CLEAR of this place!!!

Ah. The sweet life café. We order food every Friday and sometimes during the week if we work late or have a meeting. The food is good from the regular slices to the speciality slices. The soups and salads are also very good. The Cranberry salad with Walnuts with the addition of chicken is outstanding. I haven’t had an issue once. Everything we order is usually good. Sometimes you may get a slice that appears a little old(generally a specialty slice). The parking lot they are located in is generally crowded so expect to walk a little bit. Sit down dining is also good. There is a restaurant area in the back along with seating in the front. The place is clean, generally busy and atmosphere is pleasing. A good choice for Italian food. We have been going for years. Just Unilocaling out.

I like their specialty pizza, but its just so overpriced. Their prices seem to be the only thing that turns so many people away from this place. I’ll continue to eat elsewhere until they come back down to American pricing for pizza.

Went here yesterday for lunch. Had a slice of sicilian and tried the marinara slice as well. The place is nice and set up pretty well. Pizza part is in front and there is a bar on the left and resturaunt in back. Place looked clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful and fast. Too bad the pizza was nothing that special, The sauce was just ok and that being nice. Do not think I would go again at least for pizza.

If I was writing this review in 2012, they would have gotten 3 stars. They charge way too much for a slice of pizza. Even the best tasting pizza in new york shouldn’t cost 5.50 a slice. However, in 2012, the pizza here really could have made a run for best pizza in new york. Recently though the quality has really gone down dramatically. The last few times I ate here, the pizza was average at best. I don’t know what happened whether they changed the recipe or the chef or whatever, the pizza here went from«Great but not worth 5.50» to «average and definitely not worth 5.50»

One of the better pizza joints in this area of LI. Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall/office building(Jericho Atrium) is Dolce Vita. The outside advertises them as brick oven pizza and that right there had me sold on the place. Basic seating up front if you’re just getting a slice. Nice seated area in the back if you’re there for more a sit-down meal. The staff is friendly and will explain what the different pies are since there are no signs. Plenty of specialty pizzas to choose from. I went with the BBQ chicken slice. While super messy, it was delicious and the BBQ sauce was really good. We also split a tortellini slice. This was my favorite of the two. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the cheese already on the pizza along with the cheese inside the pasta was heavenly. The crust is also really good and really thin(thanks, brick oven!). Overall, a solid pizza place. Next time I’ll have to try their pasta dishes in the back. Also the music they play is pretty awesome. It ranged from Stevie Nicks to Guns N’ Roses. Much appreciated.

I had a nice dinner there on a rainy Wednesday night. I can’t comment on the pizza because I didn’t try it. But the back room, where we ordered dinner was quite, the service was good, and the soup and entrée I ordered were tasty and reasonably priced. I would go back.

As much as I used to love this place,(and still love the atmosphere, service and staff), the last several times we ate there, the food has not been so great. Not sure what happened but I have faith they will make whatever changes are needed in order to get the cooking back to being as delicious as it once was.

Not the best pizza place around… the customer service is ehhh when i’ve sat down here with my family… last time i was here i called and asked if they had any whole wheat and they told me there was a whole pie, i then got there fifteen minutes later and i was told there was none only after i was rudely ignored for a good few minutes while i was standing at the counter waiting to order

Pizza is not good. Sauce is definitely canned. Go to the hundreds of other better places on long island for pizza.

There is no pizza place that is any match for Café Dolce Vita’s selection of specialty slices. The toppings are always fresh, unique, and down right delicious. The fresh mozzarella pie particularly, is out of this world. The balsamic vinegar and oil crust is perfect. The Italian dishes are just as wonderful– any and all pasta dishes especially. It is no secret that New York pizza is yummy… But Café Dolce Vita takes it to a new level!

The first time I had pizza from this place was way back when my friend was celebrating her 16th? Birthday. And it is to this day my favorite pizza from a birthday party! I love this place bc of their BBQ chicken and their fresh mozzarella grandma slice. Tucked away in a hard to find shopping plaza– I always drive into whole foods and loop through that parking lot to get here… but besides that this has become one of my fav on Long Island

Best delivery pizza in the area. Pizzettes are great. Cranberry salad cancels out that I am eating pizza!

They make good pizza here, which is all I care about. I’ve only been for lunch and there is never a long wait for my slices. The pizza has never disappointed me.

Yummy pizza, a strong espresso machine, and the most wonderful staff… we would come back just to interact with such nice folks. Also has a little bar area and flat screen TV to watch sports while enjoying a drink and munchies.

I come here and eat during lunch hours. I’ve tried most of their toppings and they are all pretty good. I come here for the calamari pizza. Calamari seems to be fried in fresh oil.

Good Pizzeria in the Jericho area with a ton of specialty slices. The restaurant area is small and comfortable and the food overall is good. I grew up in Jericho and this has been a go to place hang out and eat well since high shool.

I frequent this place and have ordered pizzas for delivery on more than one occasions and it used to be better but the are not just exponentially increasing the prices and the quality is definitely heading downhill big time. The service is spotty and the cashiers are usually rude. I have tried multiple pizzas: cheese(decent), salad(chicken on it), buffalo chicken(spicy), pasta, fried calamari(bland), chicken and mushrooms, which is good. So last weekend I ordered a pie of regular cheese pizza. I was really hungry. I called and ordered at exactly 2:23pm, it’s recorded on the phone call history and I talked to the guy for over two minutes, and the guy was friendly said that it would take about 35 minutes. So when by 3:09pm no one came, something was up, so I called and they said that I was next, they had a lot of deliveries today. It would take five more minutes. So I waited again so at 3:29pm no one came so I was pissed and called them again. The person who takes the call is a woman but instead of letting me talk she asks me can you wait on the line and hands the phone to a man after like two minutes. I tell him that I have been waiting for more than an hour and what the hell is going on and he says that I ordered only thirty minutes ago and said I was lying. Thinking about it now it pisses me off more. So I waited again and I called at 3:37pm and the lady was like what do you want me to do about it? Shit. wtf? finally the guy came. the pizza was barely hot. I told him what was going on, why did it take over an hour for delivery and he said the same thing the guy on the phone and even on the receipt it said that the cheese pie was ordered at 2:23pm. He kind of apologized but man, don’t frickin’ lie to me and say I lied. Never ever buying pizza or anything from this place. You guys need to step up and not treat customers like crap and call them liars when you can’t keep track of your damn orders.

Tucked in the shopping center just south of Milleridge Inn — is a cute upscale pizzeria — with flavorful pizza. You can get wine with Italian food here.

My friend brought us over here… one of his nearby favorites. This place had a large variety of thick crust specialty pizzas, and obviously a bit more pricey than your standard pizza place. Tucked in a strip mall, it didn’t look like it gets a lot of traffic. In fact only a few people were there on our visit, but the pizzas were good.
