Dunkin’ Donuts

I really like Dunkin Donuts for the coffee and occasional scoop of ice cream (now that I am trying to remain donut free for a while.) They do such a robust business here that everything is always fresh.
I have always liked Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, so I was really happy to see that they started offering all their flavors in the DD stores. The one thing I can’t get used to is how pricy it is. Was it always that way?
This store was completed remodeled so there is plenty of seating space and tables. It is big and bright with plenty of room to move around. The parking lot clearly does not support the size of the store, especially with the drive through traffic in the morning. I do notice that this location is always very busy and seems to be short of help.
As long as the team here continues to smile, remain clearly positive in the face of long lines, I will continue to support this location!

10 minutes at the drive through is unacceptable! There were only 3 cars in front of me. Way too slow. Also, my coffee was very watery!

Probably one of the worst DD in customer service. The owners and staff (I’m pretty sure they are all related) are amongst worst of the worst when it comes to customer service. I over heard some disparaging remarks about America by one of the management girls when she was arguing with a customer. Are you kidding me?! As an immigrant myself, this is a great nation and I will never give a penny to this establishment that trash talks about America.

A hair in my wake up wrap… really? Get your act together Dunkin. Aside from this, I am usually very happy with the service here.

Rude owner and staff. Made wrong coffee. After «fixing it» for 2 seconds came back with same thing. For some reason staff thought this was hysterical. Hate giving bad reviews but they were blatantly unprofessional. Why not just make the right coffee and call it a day.

Sometimes the staff is awesome and hooks you up with extra stuff
Other times the staff makes you wait for no reason and they take forever
Food is like any other Dunkin

Stopped here on a road trip for a quick coffee and we have been here for a half hour waiting. There was only 2 people in front of us. The staff is rude and incompetent. Never stop Here

This was one of my go-​to Dunkin Donuts when I worked out East on the island. I usually went to another one out of convenience, but if I ever passed that one and decided I still wanted Dunkin Donuts I’d turn my car into here.
My first problem with this one is the drive-​thru. I don’t really do drive-​thrus very often and I try to go into an establishment whenever possible. With that said, the drive-​thru line was always way too long here and it would block available parking spots or the route to get to an available parking spot.
Also, I was usually in and out of this Dunkin Donuts before anyone moved in the drive-​thru line. It’s just easier to talk to a person face-​to-​face with your order.
That is my biggest qualm about this Dunkin Donuts.
Everything else was stil pretty typical Dunkin Donuts for me.
