This is the worst place. Do not go there. I went there with a really terrible sickness. Unable to go to work for three days. I don’t think the doctors there are real doctors. The woman Doctor there had to ask 3 doctors for their opinion. Then she never even listened to what they said and told me the opposite opinion. Warning you terrible urgent care.

Unlike the other reviews, I had a great experience with ProHealth Jericho. Walked in an hour before closing on a weeknight. They were super fast and professional. Took care of my problem and was given the option more through exam, which I took. Called a script into my pharmacy with out a hassle and took my insurance Co-pay. I have an MD who is part of ProHealth so my info was in their computer — made check in fast. I’m pleased with the service I got and would go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I saw a doctor for literally 3 minutes and had a throat culture taken. Then I received a bill for $ 500! Apparently that’s their minimum for just walking in the door(which they fail to tell you when you walk in). I’ve been to many other urgent cares for the same symptoms and have never been charged nearly anything close to $ 500. Stay far away from this place!

Went in for 10 minutes. Doctor told me I had allergies and prescribed me Flonase. 1 week later I was billed $ 500. I will never go back to ProHealth again. Called and spoke to the billing department– if I did not go through my insurance, they would have charged me $ 95. Since I wnet through my insurance, they charged me $ 500.

Due to the fact that my primary joined a group which entails spending $ 1,600.00 per year to use her, I went into Pro Health Jericho for a sore throat and ears. I was examined by a doctor who told me I had the flu. I told him, I know my body and I need an anti-biotic to get me well. He told me no-it is the flu. Three days later I am worse than when I saw him. I called and and said please call in an anti-biotic for me. He told me no-I would have to come in again(3 days later) and pay another $ 40.00 co-pay to look down my throat and then give me a script for an antibiotic. This is a ridiculous, money making way to be treated. I am not asking for Oxy or heroin-just an antibiotic for a sore throat that is probably turning into strep. I will never use this facility again, as the above scenario was only to get another co-pay from me and bill my insurance. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this urgent care center !!.
