It’s a bank. Nothing super about it. Little sketchy at night b/​c of all the riffraffs who hangs out outside. Typical JC squatters, the jobless, the homeless, the drug and alcohol addicts. Just watch out when when it’s dark and the door is broken, which is most of the time.

This BoA has a pretty low ratio of employees to customers which can get annoying. Going to a teller is normally okay as the lines move fast enough. However, I had to talk to a customer service representative and there was 1 person and like 4 people waiting. The manager was really helpful and polite though and apologized for the delay and made sure it was first come first serve. I strongly suggest avoiding the parking lot. It is way too small (basically only enough room to go one way and people always park like idiots) and generally a shit show. Side note: I think the other reviewer reviewed the long location. This one is on Bergen and Academy and does not have a drive thru.

This branch of BOFA has got to be in the worst location ever. For one it’s at a crazy busy intersection where you can’t even turn left when you’re on JFK Blvd. This BOFA has 3 drive through tellers, drive through atm and inside there are more tellers.
I just hate how this bank is in the worst location. I had to turn into a one way street and through the exit lane –off hours late at night. because I wasnt able to turn into this bank.
