Diamond Braces

I’m not sure what happened to the people who gave this place low ratings but I must say that as a patient of Diamond braces I am extremely satisfied. I am not an easy patient per say but since day one the staff has been extremely welcoming and patient. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Arianna is a sweetheart, a true professional that listens to all your concerns and is extremely patient and polite. The assistants are extremely careful and talk to you through the whole process to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. Clifford is one of those assistants who is very nice and admirable as a worker. I am highly recommending this place to all my friends, colleagues. Disregard those other low ratings as their depictions of the fascility is not a true reflection of Diamond Braces.

They’re just great! The staff is friendly and the doctors are good at what they do. I just finished treatment and I’m so happy to finally have that a perfect smile. Thank you so much Diamond Braces!

This place is not even worth a star. The business should be closd down. Its such a rip off. The services are poor and the workers (both Doctors and assistants) don’t know what they are doing. They provide conflicting information and they don’t care about their patients.

worst orthodontist practice i have seen. My older son went here for treatment. The staff is so rude, you cant decide who is worst than others. They treat you like a non living thing. Patient first waits in reception area, then waits in another waiting area, finally they wait on the table. Procedure is just 5 1 – 0 min long. One visit gets on an average of 1.5 to 2.5 hrs for a regular braces visit, I am not talking about first brace fitting or last retainers fitting that are usually longer procedures. I am just mentioning regular brace tightening visits that other orthodontist take only 15 – 20 min. I can tell all this surely because of my parking bills I have paid. Staff doesn’t have any account information for your account and account manager doesn’t come to office and doesnt submit your bills in time to insurance. Orthodontist don’t update you on progress of your child unless you go and ask. And staff doesn’t let you go inside in second waiting area. You really feel that you are in jail there and you have to ask permission for meeting someone. There is no water to drink in the waiting area. They even didn’t do a good job of aligning my son’s teeth. His overbite has been corrected but they are asymmetrical now. Orthodontist says it’s not end of the world that these are not properly aligned! So my younger son goes to a different orthodontist that has better technology (18 mth treatment with bimonthly visits only whereas for my older son treatment lasted for 26 mths with monthly visits!!!). And 0 waiting time for the new orthodontist. So save your self this frustration and do research (I didn’t for my older son) before picking orthodontist.
