Dank smell, rude employees, limited selection. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Why anyone would go here is beyond me. Inconvenient location, high prices, strange odor, and a staff with a habit of treating every customer like a shoplifting suspect. My experience here consisted of being accused of attempted shoplifting from the moment I walked in the door, followed by an unceremonious ejection without explanation.
Also be aware that this business has deleted its profile in order to start over after getting 1-​star reviews. So while you see 2 right now on the Unilocal profile, more than 2 people have rated it 1 star.

I have been a loyal customer of Downtown Pharmacy for over 4 years. This was my go to place as it was located close to Hudson Street where I worked.
A month ago heard that they opened a brand new location next to Zeppelin Hall. So I stopped by on the way home. Got pleasantly surprised. In addition to being brand new, this place is much bigger than the older location that I’m used to. This branch has a pretty good vibe, with house music playing in the background.
I also noted that there is a large baby related section. Had to go for the second time as two of my friends recently expanded their families. Got them a basket of baby related goodies that only saw at Sacks Fifth Ave once before. Pretty fancy.
While shopping, saw that the pharmacist is licensed to give people shots. Manned up to take that too since going to be around babies. Turns out she has a light touch. Didn’t feel a pinch.
