Nice office, convenient (one block to Grove St path). Dr Sharma was pleasant and listened to my issues. However I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor (9am appt). Also I have had a number of billing issues which I have spent way too much time trying to resolve, so I definitely won’t be returning this this office.

I don’t normally feel that Doctors offices really get 5 stars since by default, your expectations are incredibly low, but I have to give it to them.
Location/​Accessibility: FANTASTIC. Right near Grove street path and open 7 days a week! Plus early morning, post work hours. Sold. No other doctors office is like that.
Cleanliness: Really clean facility. Everything was neat and bright. The building itself and elevator do need a renovation, but the office itself was comfortable.
Quality of Service: First off, the wait time to my appointment was really nothing. A couple of minutes just to do paperwork. I saw both doctors as I had to come back on different days but they check the notes from the previous and are actually prepared for me to be there by updating themselves before I show up. Not once I did I feel rush and both doctors took their time to answer my questions. I didn’t leave there thinking that they were pushing me into anything either. Some doctors will rush to prescribe you something, and with both Dr. Santos and Dr. Sharma, I felt like they were working towards my health and first recommended I try some natural remedies before they prescribe. I like it.
