Godiva Chocolatier

Godiva never fails! I came in this afternoon and Webster helped me pick out a piece of chocolate that satisfied my craving! He was very nice and helpful!

The staff at Godiva in Newport always seem so friendly. The last time I was there, the young lady who served us was so happy, vivacious, and cheerful, you couldn’t help but be in an instant good moon. I guess I would too if I worked at Godiva and got to hang out with that decadent chocolate all the time. The prices are high, but I would argue that this is among the best chocolate there is, so why not splurge every so often.

Godiva, well there products are amazing. I religiously buy their milkshakes and they are amazing!!! This location is a bit small, but the staff is friendly and tries to take care of you as soon as possible. Pricing for tge chocolates is a bit expensive but the shakes are a decent price, especially since they put actual chocolate truffles In it.

Stopped in last week to redeem my $ 10 birthday reward. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman offering me a sample of the Strawberry Smoothie. Quite tasty. Now that’s a great way to enter a store.
I perused a bit to find the perfect chocolate to take home. The staff were all extremely friendly and offered to help find whatever I needed. I settled on boxes of dark chocolate covered pretzels. They are a weakness, what can I say?
I handed over my Godiva Rewards card, and before I could even pull the print out of the birthday offer from my purse, the cashier told me that I had a birthday reward on my account to use and that I was also eligible to get my free chocolate for the month. I selected on a Cookie Dough truffle because I was informed that my first choice of Tiramisu truffle was being discontinued and they were out of it.
I definitely recommend this location for all of your chocolate needs.

Went on St Valentine’s Day.
Service is fast and friendly. Prices are what you get a chocolatier shop on St Valentine’s Day.

Went there for my free chocolate and this young woman name Lexi was working. She offered to ring me up and excitedly pointed out that I had a ten dollar birthday coupon! She was very giggling and just happy. She made the experience fun! She wrapped my chocolate box and made it look pretty! She’s def a keeper for the store!

This is not good chocolate idk how they stay in business ive had gourmet chocolate and this isnt it.

Amazing chocolate, I often stop by for an after lunch snack, ask for Steven he is super friendly and helpful.

We went to sign up for Godiva rewards this past Saturday around 9PM and an older looking lady with short blonde hair was rude and too lazy to tend to customers. She decided to lie to us and told us that we could not sign up for a rewards card without a purchase — although it clearly states otherwise on the website. Next time I go into that store, I will definitely get her name and see to it that people like her do not ruin the quality that is Godiva.
