I went for the root canal treatment. In simple words, this is the best ever painless treatment I had. The doctors assistant is also very professional and friendly.
I did undergo root canal treatment before at some other dentists, but this place is not comparable.
I highly recommend this place.
I had some other dental issues, I wanted to get all the treatment here — but unfortunately Dr Vivian does only root canal stuff.
I would definitely go in future to her.

If I could give Dr. Vivian Graham more stars I would. I am currently 7 months pregnant and needed to have an emergency root canal. I can not explain the amount of pain I was in, my general dentists office took me in at the very end of the day to see what was wrong because I called crying my eyes out and as soon as they realized I needed a root canal they called Dr Graham. This was after 7pm so it was definitely after hours, she told me to come in first thing in the morning. I got a call personally from her as soon as I left reassuring me everything was ok and she had a similar experience when she was pregnant. (keep in mind I was terrified to get on any antibiotics or take pain killers) Next morning I went in, she had me out in less than 30 minutes and feeling like a new person. Anyone who has had a root canal I am sure knows there is no easy way out or anything you can really do to ease the pain (especially since I Was avoiding taking pain killers and trying every natural way to make the pain go away but nothing was working) except to have this done and she made the experience so much easier. Of course I was still sore after the root canal. But I got calls from Dr Graham herself a few times that day to check up on me and make sure I was ok, I’ve never received that much attention from any dentist/​doctor/​etc. I was back to normal within 24 hours. I went back today to get my crown and again, the process took about 10 – 15 minutes and I was out of there. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr Vivian Graham to anyone who needs a root canal. An experience can not get any easier or better than this (especially being pregnant)

Very disappointed in Dr. Graham. I had to wait over 1 hour to be seen. I had a 4:30pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 5:30pm. On my follow up appointment I have to wait 35 minutes to be seen. This office over books and double books time slots. They are not very sensitive to people’s time. I also felt rushed by the doctor (ironically enough). Would not recommend at all.

so i had to get a root canal. my tooth was in a TON of pain.
they took a quick x ray and it was obvious to everyone. since it was so necessary they offered to do it that day, but i had meetings all afternoon (i should have listened) either way, i went back a few days later and let me tell you, as odd as it sounds, this was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE OVERALL… odd to say about a root canal.
Dr. Graham explained everything that was going to happen, was happening, and answered all questions i had before, during (even though they were mumbled) and after. it was a gentle and efficient process.
Im not sure if root canals have become easier over time, they had a bad rap from the start, or Dr. Graham was just extra talented and gentle, but all of my worry was for nothing. and most importantly my tooth and mouth feel SO MUCH BETTER.
i would so very highly recommend Jersey City Endodontics and Dr. Graham.
oh also one other wonderful part of this, the prices were amazing compared to a quote i had received across the river in Tribeca (read my other review for a terrible price gouging experience). obviously its not a cheap procedure, but the prices were fair and do-​able.

Root canals suck, but when you need one, you need one. In that situation, you want to go to an endodontist that has the latest technology, knows what she’s doing, and minimizes your discomfort. My experience was great. When I called, I got an appointment for the very next day. They told me it would only take an hour from start to finish, so I naturally blocked off two hours on my calendar. I mean, there’s NO way this can be a quick process, right? Well, it didn’t take an hour at all — more like 40 minutes from arrival, paperwork, drill (shudder) and filling. Boom.
The offices are brand new and very high tech. They took my Xrays with a USB sensor rather than film, so the image just showed up on the screen next to the chair within seconds. Dr. Graham works quick, is efficient and very good. As I left, the doctor’s assistant told me that I’d be very sore after the novacaine wore off. Well, it’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t had a bit of pain.
The best part is being able to drink water without shooting pain through my teeth, though. I’d highly recommend this business.
