Neptune Café was my go-to Chinese take out for over a decade. However… Back in January of 2015, I made a large order worth $ 50 and tipped the drive $ 7. Upon arrival, I checked everything and found that they forgot to include my order of large shrimp lo mien. I called Neptune Café back to let them know they forgot one of my orders. At first it was the teenage boy whom I spoke with. After telling him the issue, he went and got my to speak with another lady(probably the same rude front desk lady that others have spoken about) and she refused to admit their mistake and was adamant that their cook placed my order in the bag(basically implying that was a liar). I refused to get off the phone with her and reminded her that I did not get what I paid for. After 5 minutes of going back and forth, she finally said that she would give me credit next time I make an order. I just agreed, but rest assured I will never order from Neptune Café ever again. What a disappointment.

Stay far away this place sucks. Rude and ex cons deliver the food. We got sick for a week eating from Neptune Café and I will never order from them again. Theres much better places nearby to order from

Ridiculously rude phone manner!!! Called to place an order for delivery. Was placed on «hold», even though I could hear the guy taking other phone orders. After 5 – 7 minutes I heard him answering another call and taking the order, so I hung up and called back. After I said«hello, I’d like to place an order…» The guy started screaming at me saying that I was yelling hello, why was I yelling, and continued raging on rudely, even though my tone was quite calm. Never ordered the food, so can’t say anything about it.

Food isn’t bad, but the lady that answers the phone has such a Nasty Stinking Attitude. Visiting from out of town and called to order and as I’m putting in my order and reading the special add-ons on the menu, this woman is telling me what I’m taking instead of letting me tell her what I’d like. Then when I ask her what’s wrong with her she asked me what’s wrong with me, she doesn’t have Time for me(a customer, on the line for less than 10sec.) she has other people to help!!! Last time I checked it was early in the afternoon and I’m paying you. I felt like I was calling her to be abused. HORRIBLE Behavior!!!
