Came to get balloons and no one really explained the process I had to go through in order to get them. I was told was something about 2:00 so I came back two hours later to see if I could get some balloons and an older woman gave me a very nasty attitude about how I had to place an order and come back at 2 and when I asked and said no one really told me that I still got an attitude. I then said I only need a few and she responded with «well how many is a few, 40?» No I only needed 5. Will not be back. Not worth getting balloons if I’m gonna get an attitude when no one told me what I had to do.

As long as you come on a light day you are fine. The aisles are clean and shelves are well stocked, the staff are even nicer, probably because they don’t have to deal with all the crazy. I came before Halloween and that was a bad call but on a Sunday noon after Valentine’s Day, I was the only one in the store. The only action going on was the girl behind the counter busy filling what seemed like 100 orders of balloons.
Tip: if you need to fill up balloons, don’t do it last minute on a Saturday because the cashier warned me it takes 4 hours.

I usually go to the one in Clifton on Rt.3 but when I need something close by I’m forced to go to this one. Now I remember why I rather drive 20 mins out. This location always seems short staffed and disorganized. A very stressful place to be.
