DO NOT SHOP HERE… worst Verizon kiosk EVER! They will rip you off and force you to pay for unnecessary items when signing up for a new plan. Then they act like its a requirement. They wanted me to pay an extra 120 for what they called a «bundle» which included a case charger and screen protector. Really? Then to make matters worse they signed me up for the highest insurance possible without letting me know. Glad I caught it before it was to late. Josh Santiago was the WORST SERVICE REP I ever had to deal with. The worst! I wish I never completed the transaction with him. They are seriously a bunch of crooks!
